Introduction:

Boruida manufactures the construction hoist with very good quality and finishing to our global customers, the capacity of cage ranges from 1000kg,1200kg, 2000kg,2700kg,up to 3200kg, and controlled by direct motor driven and frequency conversion driven , to reach the lower speed of 36 m/min, middle speed 0-63m/min and high speed 0-96m/min. And also provide the different dimension of cage to satisfy the special demand from the customers.

The construction lifting equipment is the new-generation product designed with advanced technology from domestic and abroad introduced to our company.

Compared with traditional construction hoist, the new generation SC series is more comfortable, safe, reliable and convenient for dismantling and maintenance with more reasonable and compact structure, strong and durable cages, attractive appearance and precise parts.

There are many type of driven mechanisms include three-motors, two motors and energy saving new type etc. The transmission plate is fitted at the top of cage to avoid any header accident and provide a comfortable cage for passengers and materials.

Floor calling system, over load limiter, volt displayer are integrated on control panel for convenient operation. Many patent technologies such as anti-derail technology are used on each guide wheels to ensure safe running.

Technical Description

Ground Enclosure

Consists of a base to support the mast and railing. A single cage enclosure can be transformed into a twin cage enclosure by adding just a few parts.

The gate is interlocked mechanically and electrically. It can not be opened unless the cage is at the landing. The cage will not start unless the gate is closed.

Mast Section

Each section is 1508mm length and provided with one rack for single cage hoist or two racks for twin cage hoist and welded counterweight guide rail if necessary.

The sections are bolted together with screws and nuts to form mast. The mast is tied to the building with tie-in and is the guide rail of cage.
