Introduction:
Boruida manufactures the construction hoist with very good quality and finishing to our global customers, the capacity of cage ranges from 1000kg,1200kg, 2000kg,2700kg,up to 3200kg, and controlled by direct motor driven and frequency conversion driven , to reach the lower speed of 36 m/min, middle speed 0-63m/min and high speed 0-96m/min. And also provide the different dimension of cage to satisfy the special demand from the customers.
Construction hoists specifications:
1. Lifting speed: 33m/min, 0~40m/min, 0~60m/min, 0~96m/min.
2. Increased lifting height on request.
3. Mast section: Painted or hot dipped zinc.
4. Mast section: 650 or 450.
5. Cage: double cage or single cage.

Technical Description
Ground Enclosure
Consists of a base to support the mast and railing. A single cage enclosure can be transformed into a twin cage enclosure by adding just a few parts.
The gate is interlocked mechanically and electrically. It can not be opened unless the cage is at the landing. The cage will not start unless the gate is closed.
Cage
Consists of steel structure, firm wire mesh wall, entrance and exit gates, Guide rollers guide the cage to travel along the mast. Safety hook on the cage main frame prevents the cage climbing off the top. The cage roof with safety railing serves as working platform during erection. One can easily get up on the roof for erection and maintenance because of a trap door on the roof and a ladder in the cage.

Safety Device
The single-tooth safety device consists of shell, braking tapered drum, centrifugal block and spring etc. When the cage is started, the centrifugal block in the speed limiter overcomes spring tension to drive the braking taperd drum to rotate and screw-in together with the screw connected to it. The braking tapered drum contacts with the shell to gradually increase friction and ensure smooth braking of the cage. The braking principle of three-tooth safety device is same as single-tooth safety device, with bugger braking moment.
