Characteristics:
The construction lifting equipment is the new-generation product designed with advanced technology from domestic and abroad introduced to our company.
Compared with traditional construction hoist, the new generation SC series is more comfortable, safe, reliable and convenient for dismantling and maintenance with more reasonable and compact structure, strong and durable cages, attractive appearance and precise parts.
There are many type of driven mechanisms include three-motors, two motors and energy saving new type etc. The transmission plate is fitted at the top of cage to avoid any header accident and provide a comfortable cage for passengers and materials.
Floor calling system, over load limiter, volt displayer are integrated on control panel for convenient operation. Many patent technologies such as anti-derail technology are used on each guide wheels to ensure safe running.
Construction lifts specifications:
1. Cage load capacity: 1000kg~3200kg, can be customized as requirements.
2. Lifting speed: 33m/min, 0~40m/min, 0~60m/min, 0~96m/min.
3. Increased lifting height on request.
4. Mast section: Painted or hot dipped zinc.
5. Mast section: 650 or 450.
6. Motor and reducing device: Made in China, or using SEW, Schneider, Nord and other world class brand drive units, up to requirements.

Construction lift hoist,
Other name Construction Hoist, Construction Lifter. Used for lifting material and passenger when construction. It is easy to install and operate, secure and popular. Subjects to the application site, the mast sections, cage dimension, lifting height could special make.
Safety Device
The single-tooth safety device consists of shell, braking tapered drum, centrifugal block and spring etc. When the cage is started, the centrifugal block in the speed limiter overcomes spring tension to drive the braking taperd drum to rotate and screw-in together with the screw connected to it. The braking tapered drum contacts with the shell to gradually increase friction and ensure smooth braking of the cage. The braking principle of three-tooth safety device is same as single-tooth safety device, with bugger braking moment.
Tie in
There are several types of tie-in for selecting, Tie-in is available in variable sizes. Distance between the tie-in is about 6~10.5m along the mast.
