Introduction:
Boruida manufactures the construction hoist with very good quality and finishing to our global customers, the capacity of cage ranges from 1000kg,1200kg, 2000kg,2700kg,up to 3200kg, and controlled by direct motor driven and frequency conversion driven , to reach the lower speed of 36 m/min, middle speed 0-63m/min and high speed 0-96m/min. And also provide the different dimension of cage to satisfy the special demand from the customers.
Construction hoists specifications:
1. Cage load capacity: 1000kg~3200kg, can be customized as requirements.
2. Lifting speed: 33m/min, 0~40m/min, 0~60m/min, 0~96m/min.
3. Increased lifting height on request.
4. Mast section: Painted or hot dipped zinc.
5. Recommended cage inner dimensions (L*W*H): 3*1.3*2.2m, 3*1.4*2.2m, 3*1.5*2.2m, 3.2*1.5*2.2m, 3.6*1.5*2.2m, up to requirements of customers.
6. Motor and reducing device: Made in China, or using SEW, Schneider, Nord and other world class brand drive units, up to requirements.

Technical Description
Mast Section
Each section is 1508mm length and provided with one rack for single cage hoist or two racks for twin cage hoist and welded counterweight guide rail if necessary. The sections are bolted together with screws and nuts to form mast. The mast is tied to the building with tie-in and is the guide rail of cage.
Tie in
There are several types of tie-in for selecting, Tie-in is available in variable sizes. Distance between the tie-in is about 6~10.5m along the mast.
Lifting Device
The lifting device is fitted on the cage roof used to lift up mast sections, tie-ins and other parts. Rated load of the lifting device is 400kg
A brake is installed on the winch of lifting device. Loose the handle, The winch will stop. Lift up something by rotating handle clockwise or put down something by rotating handle counterclockwise.
