Australia has announced the budget plan for large scale infrastructure construction, it includes a new airport in Sydney and railway between Melbourne and Brisbane.
It reports that they will invest more than 75 billion AUS dollar on the foundation construction in the coming 10 years, according to Australian Treasury Minister Scott Morrison.
