Hoist Machine

Consists of electrical motor, electric-magnetic bike, coupling, reducing device and pinions etc. The cage climbs by means of pinion in engagement with the rack.

Safety Device

The single-tooth safety device consists of shell, braking tapered drum, centrifugal block and spring etc. When the cage is started, the centrifugal block in the speed limiter overcomes spring tension to drive the braking taperd drum to rotate and screw-in together with the screw connected to it.

The braking tapered drum contacts with the shell to gradually increase friction and ensure smooth braking of the cage. The braking principle of three-tooth safety device is same as single-tooth safety device, with bugger braking moment.
